Regret spread
One of the most common experiences we have is regret and the need to move forward. A recent study has found that ending a phase of life with a sense of closure makes people feel happier. In fact, the researchers found that if we can tie up loose ends, we will experience fewer regrets and enter the next life phase of life more constructively.
The Sceptic's Tarot's spread Starting a new cycle helps you explore what needs to be taken from the previous phase; A broken relationship spread guides you in overcoming the trauma of a broken relationship. While these spreads are suitable, here is one that deals specifically with regret and will take you straight to the heart of the matter:
- What did I do?
- Why did I do it?
- What do I regret most about it?
- What should I leave behind as I move into the future?
- What weakness should I forgive?
- What strength will help me move on?
